Tickets for the MTR Express can be bought at the Stockholm Tourist Information Office in the middle of Centralhallen.

There is a photo booth at the station. Photos in B&W or colour cost SEK 120 for both image size 35x45 mm and image size 50x50 mm. You can pay by SEK 10 coins of a debit card (instead of credit card). In the event of a fault or problem - call Speed Services +46 (0)771 97 78 00.

Storage lockers are available at Centralstation and at Cityterminalen. Lower concourse by the SL Centre. Upper concourse: outside Panini and Blueberry. Cityterminalen: level 1, level 2. Level 2 has lockers for skis/golf bags.
Please note, storage lockers can only be accessed during station opening hours. These can be found on your receipt.
Manual storage is available in the Lower concourse by the SL Centre where you can deposit smaller and larger (bulky) baggage during the day. The personnel can also help you if you have any questions about the storage lockers. Open 09.00 – 18.30, all days. Cost

There are three charging points for mobile phones at the station. One in Centralhallen in the corner next to McDonald’s. One by the escalator between Centralhallen and Klarabergsviadukten. Plus one in the Oasen waiting room on the upper level by Klarabergsviadukten.
A 40-minute charge costs SEK 20.
A 60-minute charge costs SEK 30.
Payment by card.
Lost property will generally be handed in to the Police at the station at Klarabergsviadukten 49.

Porter service, to help carry baggage, is available all days from 08.00 - 18.00. The service is free of charge and instead of luggage trolleys.
Book on +46 (0)8 441 02 40, no earlier than 30 minutes before the train departs or arrives. The service cannot be booked early than that.
Quality assured taxis are available outside the station by the Vasagatan exit.
Security- Trained taxi drivers in uniform that know their way around the city.
Safety – Taxi drivers that always obey the rules of the road and in vehicles that are in excellent condition, safe and no more than 6 years old.
Freedom of choice - You always have the right to decide which taxi and company to use without any complaints from the taxi driver.
Fare guarantee – The faxi companies undertake to ensure the fare does not excee the normal rate for the area by more than 10 percent.

The station has WCs where you can by card or cash. There is a disabled WC with nappy changing table, shower and breast feeding room here. The WC is in the lower concourse by the SL Centre.
Temporary opening hours due to the current situation

Swedbank-clients: Your contactless card can only be tapped five times. Then you need to verify your card by using the chip. If the door wont open by tapping the card, insert the card in the reader.

The station WiFi is called "All Station Guests" and is free to use.
