There is a photo booth at the station. Photos in B&W or colour cost SEK 120 for both image size 35x45 mm and image size 50x50 mm. You can pay by SEK 10 coins of a debit card (instead of credit card). In the event of a fault or problem - call Speed Services +46 (0)771 97 78 00.

Storage lockersThere are storage lockers at the station that are locked digitally and opened with a code.
Small: b36 x d57 x h44 cm. Storing items costs SEK 60 for 24 hours, SEK 50 for 4 hours
Large: b46 x d82 x h60 cm. Storing items costs SEK 80 for 24 hours, SEK 70 for 4 hours. You can pay by card or SEK 10 coins. Use the code on the receipt to open your locker. Max storage time 7 days. Any lost property found in the station will be handed in to the Västtrafik Lost Property Office.
If you have left anything on the train or bus of another transport company, please contact the respective transport company.
Västtrafik Lost Property Office
Any lost property can be collected after 10.00 on the following day at the earliest. If it is the weekend, lost property can be collected the following day after 13.00. However, it can take up to a week before we receive property that you have lost.
To collect gloves, hats, scarves and umbrellas, we charge SEK 20.
For other property, we charge SEK 50.

Quality assured taxis are available outside the station by Track 1.
Security – Trained taxi drivers in uniform that know their way around the city.
Safety – Taxi drivers that always obey the rules of the road and in vehicles that are in excellent condition, safe and no more than 6 years old.
Freedom of choice – You always have the right to choose which taxi and company to use without any complaints from taxi drivers. Fare guarantee – The faxi companies undertake to ensure the fare does not excee the normal rate for the area by more than 10 percent.

There is a staffed WC and a gender neutral WC plus nappy changing table at the station. There are also a shower. There are unstaffed WCs at the Nils Ericsson terminal.

Swedbank-clients: Your contactless card can only be tapped five times. Then you need to verify your card by using the chip. If the door wont open by tapping the card, insert the card in the reader.
Park & Go
The Park & Go system scan the registration plates at entry and exit. No tickets are distributed.

There are six ATMs at the station.
Two in Kompasshallen between Pocket Shop and Forex and two inside the entrance onto Drottningtorget nexxt to X-Change nd two in Centralhuset between Solresor, Repairstore and Pralinhuset. Repairstore is inside the hall.
The station WiFi is called "All Station Guests" and is free to use.
