Tickets
You can buy tickets from a ticket agent or at ticket machines at the station. It is also possible to book tickets online via those train companies that offer online booking, or at kopbiljett.resrobot.se.

Photo booth
There is a photo booth at the station. Photos in B&W or colour cost SEK 120 for both image size 35x45 mm and image size 50x50 mm. You can pay by SEK 10 coins of a debit card (instead of credit card). In the event of a fault or problem - call Speed Services +46 (0)771 97 78 00.

Storage lockers
There are storage lockers at the station that are locked digitally and opened with a code.
Small: b46 x d46 x h41 cm. Storing items costs SEK 60 for 24 hours, SEK 50 for 4 hours
Large: b44 x d81 x h56 cm. Storing items costs SEK 70 for 24 hours, SEK 60 for 4 hours
Card payments only accepted.

Lost property
Any lost property found in the station will be handed in to the Police.
If you have left anything on a train or bus, please contact the respective transport company.

Parking
Jernhusen outdoor car park is open 24/7. More information is available via Apcoa, that manages parking.

WC
There is a WC and a disabled WC with nappy changing table at the station. You can pay by debit or credit card or coins.
Swedbank-clients: Your contactless card can only be tapped five times. Then you need to verify your card by using the chip. If the door wont open by tapping the card, insert the card in the reader.

WiFi
The station WiFi is called "All Station Guests" and is free to use.
